You’ll play a key role in supporting sales and operational teams through hands-on work in product sourcing, quality control, technical documentation, and market intelligence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Process & Procedure Workflow Optimization
  • Analyze and improve operational workflows by updating and developing SOPs.
  • Support the creation of documentation to increase safety, efficiency, and compliance.
2. Business Data Analytics & Market Intelligence
  • Analyze and distribute market data (including Rig & Permit data, Enverus insights, and BDM Portfolio Health Reports).
  • Support sales decision-making through research on trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
3. Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)
  • Participate in facility visits and product quality inspections.
  • Assist in preparing QA/QC reports and maintaining technical standards across operations.
4. Product Sourcing & Technical Support
  • Work alongside vendors and internal teams to support sourcing, testing, and field deployment of technical products.
  • Contribute to customer-facing activities, including technical presentations and on-site troubleshooting.
5. Data Collection & Technical Reporting
  • Collect and analyze field data to develop technical reports, white papers, and internal documentation.
  • Support new product development efforts and trend analysis through visual reporting tools.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
  • Associate’s degree in engineering technology, chemistry, or related field (current Bachelor’s students may also apply).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical, sales, or analytical role (internship or co-op experience accepted).
  • Exposure to the chemical or oil and gas industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is a plus.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
  • Must pass all required alcohol and drug screenings (pre-employment, post-incident, and as required).
  • Additional physical requirements may apply based on field site or lab needs.
