1. Process & Procedure Workflow Optimization
- Analyze and improve operational workflows by updating and developing SOPs.
- Support the creation of documentation to increase safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Analyze and distribute market data (including Rig & Permit data, Enverus insights, and BDM Portfolio Health Reports).
- Support sales decision-making through research on trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Participate in facility visits and product quality inspections.
- Assist in preparing QA/QC reports and maintaining technical standards across operations.
- Work alongside vendors and internal teams to support sourcing, testing, and field deployment of technical products.
- Contribute to customer-facing activities, including technical presentations and on-site troubleshooting.
- Collect and analyze field data to develop technical reports, white papers, and internal documentation.
- Support new product development efforts and trend analysis through visual reporting tools.
- Associate’s degree in engineering technology, chemistry, or related field (current Bachelor’s students may also apply).
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical, sales, or analytical role (internship or co-op experience accepted).
- Exposure to the chemical or oil and gas industry preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Results-driven with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
- Sales and negotiation potential or interest in technical customer engagement.
- Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
- Must pass all required alcohol and drug screenings (pre-employment, post-incident, and as required).
- Additional physical requirements may apply based on field site or lab needs.
